a sunroom or enclosed porch is much cheaper. room addition with plumbing and wiring,windows,ac and heat vent would probley run you around 30.000.00 sunroom with electric and windows 12.000.00

Depends where you live and what materials you use. Additions can cost anywhere from $100.00 a sq ft and higher. Sun-rooms are great but if you live in a rainy climate, I suggest an addition. Post a comment
